Allie Stepzinski joined the team in January 2024 and brings over 29 years of experience in marketing, design, public relations, and office coordination. As Office Manager, Allie plays an important role in keeping the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly while helping ensure both clients and team members have a positive experience.

Allie oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, assists with scheduling and client communication, coordinates office activities, and helps support the team wherever needed. With her extensive background in marketing and public relations, she also continues to assist with the firm’s communications, community presence, events, and marketing efforts.

Allie enjoys being part of a team that puts clients first and takes pride in helping create a welcoming, professional environment from the moment someone contacts or visits the office.

Allie is married to her husband, Jay, and is the mother of Brady and Bella and stepmother to Brady and Kyra. In her free time, she enjoys watching her children play baseball and volleyball, traveling, and spending time with friends, family, and her family pets, Simba, Holly, and Zona.
